During the third quarter of 2024, the News and Magazines category on the Android platform in Ukraine saw varied performances among the top five apps. Here’s a closer look at how these applications fared based on data from Sensor Tower.

Tomorrow's Affairs showed a remarkable increase in weekly downloads, starting from a modest 83 in early July and peaking at an impressive 18.9K by the end of September. Active users also followed an upward trajectory, beginning at around 2.7K and reaching approximately 59.6K by the quarter's end.

DeepStateMap maintained a steady performance throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly, with numbers ranging from 3.9K to 6.7K. Active users consistently hovered around the 200K mark, ending the quarter with 212.8K.

Latest news experienced a varied download pattern, starting with 2K in early July and seeing a high of 10.1K mid-July. The app concluded September with downloads at 2.8K. Active users saw a peak at 151.2K in early July, with some fluctuations before reaching 138.9K by the end of the quarter.

Breaking News: Local & Alerts recorded a more modest download range, beginning at 781 downloads and experiencing a slight increase to 1.1K mid-quarter. Active users saw a decline from 48.6K in July to 29.6K by late September.

Finally, УНебо - Повітряні тривоги showed a steady download pattern, starting at 710 and reaching a peak of 1.7K in early September, before settling at 584 by the end of the quarter.
